Customer Service Representative

Started off with a brief/introductory phone interview with an HR Rep. Asked very basic questions about your past experiences and how you handled different situations. It was a very laid-back type of phone interview, asked about my career aspirations, goals, and what my plans were for the upcoming year. A week later, met with 2 local Branch Managers for an in-person interview. They looked over my resume, and asked specific questions tailored to the position I was after. Lasted a good 40 minutes or so, very laid-back once again and had a great time actually. A week later, got a call from HR and went down to corporate to discuss the position a bit further and sign papers!
