Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initially contacted over the phone to come in for an interview. There was an initial interview with someone from HR that had mainly fit questions (30 mins) then an interview with two members of the investment team who had additional fit and technical questions (30-45 mins). The second round consisted of a case study and LBO modeling exercise (3 hours) then presentation on the findings to two members of the investment team (1 hour).
