Interview
Interview was with 2 of Principals/owners/managing directors. It's a small investment bank with a limited flow in the lower middle market just above the brokers level. It is not a formal process, it is more based on recommendation and chemistry with the team. Group seems to be a small place with about 20-30 employees.
Interview Questions
Different assumptions on divers topics were not challenging but at the time seemed to be isolated making sense at the end.
1. Going into the process for a sale transaction, gathering information from client in the event there is inconsistency or information missing, how would I amend or react to get the best suit to be included in the marketing materials?
2. If information in the marketing material at any point is discovered to be inconsistent with the actual reality in the client, how would you correct it and how would you go with the distributed material to bring it to reality?
