Interview was fairly simple, several on campus meetings, along with a video inverview online. I met the recruiters on campus, then interviewed on campus 4-6 weeks later.
Interview Questions
A difficult question was when I was asked about what strategy a large company should take. For example Amazon is thinking of making their own delivery service, what should UPS / Fedex do to circumnavigate this event and push forward into the future without losing investor expectations and tanking their stock price. One of the key points is how to make a huge shift in business while balancing public expectations of EPS. This question was way above what was expected although if you can nail it shows critical thinking and is what ultimately got me the offer.
