- The first half of the interview process mostly test the technical capability while the second half mostly tests the culture fit and get-to-know interview
- The assessment consists of one group interview and one assessment centre
- The assessment centre consists of classic investment banking three statement modelling and case study
- The fit interview is mostly conducted by HR directors and MDs of the team that you are joining
