Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process consisted of three rounds of interviews, the first round includes interviews from HR and a screening from someone in the investment team. The second round can have 3-5 interviews and is made up of behavioural, investment questions, a team fit and possibly case studies. The final interview is with a Managing or Senior Managing Director. If you are not going through the annual recruiting process then timelines can get stretched. If you are from a top-tier school in North America then the interviews are not difficult.
