Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online, was selected for an online assessment with basic logic, reasoning, and quantitative skills. Following that, was given the opportunity to HireVue. Then was given two more online tests, one personality, another more difficult quant/logic test. Followed up with a phone interview, then moved to Superday/Assessment Centre three weeks later.
Superday/Assessment Centre was 9am-6pm. Consisted of networking breakfast, followed by group case on a Consumer sector firm - we were divided into two teams, then presentations, individual cases on a financial services investment opportunity, presentations, then final interviews.
Heard back a week later with an offer.
