The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied through my alumni networking service. I wrote down my mentor request and after interviewed to see whether I'm suitable for the position.
Interview Questions
There was no particularly difficult questions. It was one-to-one, and I just needed to provide my mentor with the reasons I am eager for the role, why I was originally interested in the degree, and how I have planned for it so far. Additionally, I also submitted my CV to be checked. The process was fairly straightforward and relaxing, and I enjoyed the process. In overall, there was no unexpected interview questions asked and rather interview was a session where I can check whether I really want to pursue the role and how much effort I have devoted to it until now.
