The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied at the firm online through their career website. I then received an email requesting a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview a few days later. The interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions and two somewhat technical. Questions included:

Name a time you suggest a process to improve a system?
How to keep overhead costs low?
How to improve inventory management?
Experience with Accounting ERP Systems?
Experience with Excel?
How do you manage multiple tasks?

After the phone interview, they HR later said she would contact within two weeks. I didn't get selected for a 2nd round interview.

Interview Questions
Like I said, a majority of the interview process was set on behavioral questions. The most difficult questions for me were questions about controlling costs as I was not expecting. There was also some discussion of recognition revenue, segregation of duties, cost accounting, managerial accounting, and how these vary based on the number of different models they produce.

How to control inventory efficiently?
How to keep materials costs low?
How to keep Labor costs low?
How to keep overhead costs Low?
