The Acquisition Search Corporation (TASC) was founded to make merger and acquisition advice and assistance available to corporations and individuals whose needs exceed the capabilities of business brokers but whose transactions are too small or infrequent to attract the interest of investment bankers. Many of our clients face an unprecedented strategic opportunity or problem but lack the experience or resources to assess it or to respond to it effectively.

Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in helping clients to cope with opportunities and problems of great magnitude, or those that may occur only once in a business lifetime, TASC also counsels and mentors a select number of clients in addressing major strategic and operational issues that may not lead to an acquisition or sale.
