Applied online, there was some misunderstanding on my eligiblity to work and my application was rejected. I reached out to Head of HR on LinkedIn and the situation was rectified. I got an invite to the interview panel that consisted of the hiring manager, HR, and senior analyst. It was one stage and I received an offer.
