Interview
I interviewed on campus with a VP in financial planning and was later contacted for a phone interview.
Interview Questions
Very easy interview overall, only asked basic fit questions and no technicals. Simply why Ayco? Tell me about yourself? What do you know about Financial Planning? How do you work in teams? When was the last time you were assigned a task and how did you carry through it? The interviewer was very nice and did not rush me. He also asked if I wanted to ask him questions at the end of the interview which I happily did. The position was in financial counseling and you start off as an analyst before getting your own account.

Applied via campus recruiting and was contacted for a phone interview with an HR associate. Phone interview consisted of fit questions, mostly walking through the resume and explaining interest in the position and financial planning industry.

Was contacted later for an office interview in Atlanta. In-person interview consisted of a very easy 15 minute Excel test and a short number-matching exercise. Then, a 2-on-1 with a Senior Financial Planner and the office HR manager. This was followed by a 1-on-1 with the VP of the Atlanta Financial Counseling office.
Interview Questions
None. No technical questions - all were behavioral/fit. Make sure to know the firm and be able to express interest in the financial counseling department in particular.
