Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied on-campus. It took 2 weeks after I submit my application.
First round interview was on campus, one HR and one senior analyst came. Questions were very standard economic consulting, talking about experience with some behavioral questions. Within the same week I received an invitation to fly to their Cambridge Office for final round.
Final round consisted of one 1-hour case (financial statement related, not difficult at all), several interviews with associates, vp, and a lunch interview with the analysts. Questions were very similar to the first round. The overall experience was very positive.
It then took them almost a month to give the final decision.
