Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through school career services portal. Contacted for an interview about 2 weeks after. First interview was video chat interview with HR rep, completely behavioral (typical questions about leadership experience etc.). Second round was another video chat interview, this time with two associates at the firm. Went over resume and past internship experiences, same behavioral questions as before.
