Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview after submitting resume through OCR. Talked with an HR girl. All fit questions: "name a time when...". 4 days later they told me I got a second round phone interview. Talked with a current Research Analyst. Same exact interview with a little more on technical/quantitative projects I had done. Nothing difficult. Also "why brattle" and "why econ consulting". After this, I didn't hear from them for the next 3+ weeks. Very strange.
