Interview
Phone interview followed by two office interviews. They want to check the boxes - major, GPA, work experience, have you taken any finance classes etc. Check their boxes and you will likely get an offer. Expect a quick "tell me about yourself" followed by a bunch of technical finance questions. Not much opportunity to ask questions. Do your homework on this one. Seem to be very old school with high turnover (see Glassdoor).
