Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Series of interviews over several weeks with either one or two team members in the room. Mostly behavioral / personality questions. Met with everyone on the investment team as well as legal/accounting and company management. Technical portions of the interview focused on valuing the type of early-stage somewhat illiquid investments Electrum has generated high returns from in the past.
