Interview
1. An associate at the company did an initial phone screen where she mainly asked about my background. Credit underwriting is very important to this company.
2. Company brought me in for a final round. Met with 5 or 6 members of the team including the President. Almost all the interviews were fit questions. They left me a lot of time to ask questions. They asked me to look over an OM and provide my insights on the deal. Also asked me to review some financials and provide my insights on them.
Interview Questions
1) The most "difficult" part of the interview was the company giving me an OM and then asking me to provide my insights on the real estate and the market. They then asked whether I would recommend proceeding with the deal based on the limited information given.

2) They also gave me a set of financial and asked me to review the tenant's credit.

3) All of the other questions were fit questions: Walk me through your resume; tell me a bit about yourself; why did you choose your undergrad? Why did you choose your MBA program; why are you interested in moving to Washington DC; why are you interested in real estate.
