Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through university. HR reached out and had 30 minute basic phone interview - Behavioral/Resume Conversation. Then second round consisted of two Senior Underwriters group interview via Skype. Again, was all behavioral and resume questions - No technical. Was then contacted several weeks later with an offer. The office was nice. I learned small business underwriting wasn't for me but others really enjoyed the internship. They like to hire straight from their interns which is a plus.
