What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first interview was a phone interview with an HR Finance Recruiter who asked tell me about yourself, why home depot, and then behavioral questions for the rest. My second interview was with a manager on the early careers team and then an analyst. It was mainly behavioral and then a case study at the end where you considered qualitative and qualitative data/ characteristics. Everyone was very nice and receptive.
