The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
First round with an analyst and covered TMAY, why investment banking, walk me through your resume, why our bank and what are some of your transaction experiences. Technical portion were pretty basic and I was asked the standard accounting and valuations questions that can easily be found in the Mergers & Inquisitions 400 questions guide. 2nd round with a VP was also split between behavioral and technicals but I’d say this round focuses more on my motivations to wish to pursue banking. Last round is a skills test that mirrors what interns do on the job. The final round covers a business analysis case study and there was no financial model test.
Interview Questions
The most unexpected interview question I was asked was about a recent deal that I’ve been following as well as any micro or macroeconomic trends that I’ve been following.
