Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

I went through on-campus recruiting channels. I applied through my career center and on their website, and the 1st round interviews consisted of two interviews: (1) 30 minute interview with a business case, and (1) 30 minute interview with behavioral questions and a market sizing question.
Interview Questions
This question was a Market Sizing question:

* "Estimate the market size for bed riser sets for college and university students in the United States. Assume 4 bed risers (below the frame of the bed) equals to 1 set of bed risers." (To which you then walk through your thought process).

Behavioral Questions Included:

* "Tell me about yourself."
* "Why EY-Parthenon?"
* "Tell me about a time you had to work within a team."

Interview
I initially attended an on-campus info-session focused on the full-time associate position. A few days later, I submitted my application through my university's job portal, and a few days to a week later, I received an email invitation to the first-round interview. The interview itself, which consisted of two brief (about 30 minutes each) back-to-back one-on-one interviews, was scheduled about a week after that. One of the interviews was dedicated to a market sizing question, while the other had a more open-ended, behavioral focus. The interviewers themselves were nice and gave me the impression of a tight-knit, small-office boutique culture. A few days later one of the inteviewers called me to tell me that I would be advancing to the second round of interviews. In terms of advice, I'd focus on learning about the firm's culture and how you fit in with it, since it's a key thing that they look for in candidates.
