Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I reached out to the firm on my own and it happened to be when they were conducting their interviews. I did a phone interview with a VP in Dallas who then directed me to their head HR person in Cleveland who I also interviewed with over the phone. I was then given a case study and one week to prepare a comprehensive valuation analysis. I then went to Dallas to present my case study and have 5 one-on-one interviews. There was also a modeling test onsite.
