Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process began with a phone interview with HR. It then moved to a phone interview with a junior member of the investment team. I was then given some basic financial information about the business and asked to put together an LBO model. I came in for one on one interviews with several members of the investment team for a fit / experience interview. Oddly enough, no one ever reviewed or made any reference to the model and the analysis that I had put together.
