IQ / Intelligence Test
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Began with an IQ-style test, followed by three (or four, not sure) interviews. First interview is a PE case study, while the remaining are just behavioral / fit interviews with VP and Partner level interviewers. Each one-on-one interview usually consisted of a single technical question, but mostly behavioral. All extremely simple and easy (no paper LBO or anything).
