I submitted my resume and then a few months later a human resources contacted me to set up an interview day.

The interview day was fairly straightforward. They place you into a conference room for a full day of 1 on 1 interviews. The interviews are mostly behavioral with a few basic financial skill tests asked (DCF, cap rates, etc)
Interview Questions
1) Discuss the structure of private equity waterfalls with how the respect to manager versus investor incentives. Ex - the level of the promote, or the catch-up.
2) How do you feel about living/working in Cleveland, OH?

(They have had candidates want to work at their other locations which are smaller, satellite offices)
