Interview
I submitted my application and got a call from a recruiter. We set up a technical interview, and then it was followed by an interview with a hiring manager a week later.
Interview Questions
Nothing was difficult or unexpected. There were just questions regarding my resume and questions regarding my knowledge of programming topics. For example, they walked through all of my extracurricular activities, my classes, and questioned me on my projects and such. I interviewed for a quant developer role so the only technical questions I got were programming related, such as how to implement a linked list and how to find a duplicate string in an array. Overall easy interview, nothing unexpected.

Interview
1st round interview consisted of meeting with the co-PM directly. Half of the interview was fit based and the other half was technical, mostly the typical IB technical questions.
Interview Questions
- How would you boost your cash if you were a Company that wanted to window dress your financials? The first round was a mix of brainteasers, technicals, and fit. The second round was a modeling test which was to be completed in two hours. They sent the model which only had assumptions and a few key drivers for the revenue build-out. The test was to understand which key drivers built to the revenue projections, complete the P&L, as well as the full operating model including balance sheet and cash flow statement.

Interview
I found the application on my school's career website. I applied and reached out to the recruiter via email. I went through a series of 2 video interviews, talking with three members of the firm. I was called about a week later with an offer.
Interview Questions
I was asked how I think others perceive me. Since this was for an Investor Relations position, I would be speaking with a lot of important clients and needed to come off as professional to be taken seriously given my age. However, most of the questions weren't overly difficult.

Interview
Interview is pretty straightforward, mostly behavioral questions for first round phone interview. Do be up to date on macro trends of equities & bonds in Asia, Europe, and USA (you don't need to know details, but at least be able to mention headlines). Second round interview is typically at the headquarters and is more technical -- know an intro computer science's course curriculum and intro stats course.
Interview Questions
What do you know about the recent announcement on Japanese bonds (back in May 2013)? Do you know why that is happening?
Give examples of computer science projects you've work on. (this isn't difficult per say, but the focus is on people who can program and have programmed, and not just plug numbers into Excel.)

Interview
My interview process was a bit abnormal in that it started the summer before the summer I was to intern. I was referred to HR by a member of senior management. They conducted a phone interview to start. I came in for two in office interviews with many different members of the staff from different departments. Questions ranged from logic and brain teasers to abstract top down thought process question and further on to professionalism.
Interview Questions

Explain in depth a time you have either been wrong or failed and what you learned from that experience

Interview
First, a phone interview which really wasn't an interview as the lady proceeded to tell me about the company and it ended with questions I may have. Next, an in person interview with 3 different people about 30mins each. I was asked to build a very elementary IB model connecting the 3 statements. There was also a grammar correction and reasoning exam which were also easy.
Interview Questions
One question I got which I thought was really weird was framed: "So, WHY do you like working in teams?"
