Initially there was a phone screening with recruiter, then 2 interviews with the managers. First was easier then the second had more technical.
Interview Questions
There were not a lot of difficult questions a lot of them were behavioral based then there were a couple of accounting related questions. Know about the three financial statements, know the various effects that there would be on them. I answered :

- The statement of cash flows starts with the beginning cash balance which comes from the balance sheet. Cash from operations is derived using the changes in the balance sheet like accounts paying, accounts recievable. The net increase in the cash flow for the prior year goes onto next year’s balance sheet.
- Balance sheet cash flows = beginning of cash balance, cash from operations is derived using changes in the balance sheet like accounts payable and accounts recievable. The net increase in cash flow for the prior year goes onto next year’s balance sheet.
