What did the interview consist of?

1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Essentially three round; first round with a recruiter with pretty standard behavioral questions with an emphasis on why Third Bridge. Second round was a "case interview" running through Third Bridge work. Final round was another behavioral with an AVP. Recruiters called and gave advice before each round of the process to give advice on what to expect.
