The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I was referred by a recruiter who put me in contact with a VP for a phone interview. The conversation was largely focused around deal experience, although I got the sense that the process included many, many candidates and could have been more targeted. Did not receive an invite to the next round.
Interview Questions
-Why PE?
-Investment-focused cases (a lot like consulting case interviews, but more along the lines of 'How would you think about investing in company X?)
-Walk me through your resume
-Tell me about case X you worked on
-Tell me how companies make money in X industry (where X is an industry I had a lot of experience in)
-Do you think there are any opportunities for investment in industry X? What are they?
-When can you start?
-Are you sure you want to move to city X?
Some of these questions felt rather scripted / forced.

Interview
5 rounds. Behavioral, technical, model test, 36 hour case study, present case study. 1st round was 2 on 1 with a MD and a D. About an hour split between behavioral and then a mini case study doing mental math. 2nd round with Director of HR and VP. Again, behavioral questions and then technicals. 3rd round is 3 hour model test. 4th round is a 36 hour case study done over weekend. 5th round is presenting case study in the office.
Interview Questions
The mini case study in the first round was unexpected, but not super difficult. Question was, if you had a shoe company that generates $100mm in revenue with 10% margins, how much leverage would you put on it in a dividend recap? 2nd round had a lot of detailed accounting questions. One example is if you had $100 worth of inventory and sold all of it for $80, how would that affect the three statements. Sprinkled in a few equity return related questions as well. They also try to ask you detailed accounting questions based on your deal experience on your resume.
