Interview
The process began with a brief, maybe 10 minute phone interview. I then once I was back in town had an in person interview too.
Interview Questions
The most difficult part of the interview was putting together a pro forma for a sample site. It required more finance knowledge than I had, so my interviewer kindly coached me along. Studying pro formas would behoove anyone applying for this job. However, besides that, the only thing you really need to understand is how paying off debt works (the difference between paying off principal and interest, and how loans are structured for you to pay off interest first). Otherwise the phone interview was a very straightforward tell me about yourself session.
