Interview
The process begins by applying through their website. Within a short period of time (perhaps one week), the applicant may be contacted to pitch a stock in a one page format, sent to the company via e-mail. If they approve of your analysis/it is interesting, you may be asked to interview in person via on-campus recruiting. This interview may be a "stress interview," with frequent distracting movements, etc. by the interviewer, so be prepared. This interview was not overly technical, but you should have a stock pitch ready, and perhaps be able to name and discuss the stocks that you currently hold in your public equity portfolio. If you are among one of those chosen to proceed to the next round, you will be invited back to Santa Fe where there is a "superday" style interview process.
