ETF Trainee

Quite a long process for a role they said they wanted filling quickly: I had a telephone interview with HR covering general motivational and competency questions. Then I had another round 3 weeks later with the hiring manager who was very friendly and that was again just motivation and competnecy questions as well as general knowledge testing about ETFs and active ETFs. Then about 3 weeks later I had an inperson presentation where I arrived 90 minutes before, got given a lot of info about their products (far too much for 90 mins) and had to put togther a presentation and deliver it to a panel of 5. Then 3 weeks later I had the final interview which was a 1-1 with another manager which was quite odd, no motivation or technical questions despite the brief telling me to prep for that and it was just covering things like "what drives you in a non finance sense", "what was your impression of the different panel members from the presentation" etc
