Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Applied through university job website and received a phone interview approximately one month later. After I was brought in with around 10 other candidates for interviews with the hiring manager. All questions were behavioral, some centered on the length of time commitment willing to give. Received offer around two weeks post interview.
