Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
The hiring process was fairly quick. I applied online and a recruiter reached out to schedule a 30 minute introductory zoom call. It's a pretty casual call, they tell you a little bit about the role, ask you what the role looks like to you and you get a chance to ask some questions. The next portion of the process is to send you an excel assessment via email, you have 4 hours to complete the assessment and email it back to them. The last step is to go to their office for an in-person interview where you'll be asked to explain your model and they will ask some additional questions.
Interview Questions
There wasn't any super difficult or surprising questions in the first round.

Interview
Recruiter connected with me through linkedin, and set up a phone interview.

Very basic behavioral interview questions: 1. Tell me about yourself. 2. Tell me a time when you deal with a stressful situation. 3. Why real estate, why Tishman.
Interview Questions
Nothing difficult. But they wanted to know if I have Argus experience, and I said no because my shop don't use it. Interviewer seemed turned off by that.
