The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

First round is a phone screen by Dartmouth Partners. Quite straightforward, just asked about my CV, why Torch, M&A market/deals, etc. Second round was a more in depth face to face phone interview covering similar topics, although there were some high level valuation and corporate finance questions. Third round was the assessment centre. Consisted of 4x individual 25-minute interviews, covering a case-study, motivation, technicals, and an MD interview. Overall really positive experience.

Background Check
Interview
Relatively straightforward hiring process. First started with a phone interview with the individual in charge of hiring, then came into the office for two one of one interviews. Very professional, no trick questions, just want to get to know you and make sure you know your stuff.
Interview Questions
There were a few situational questions along the lines of "tell me about a time when xxx happened" that I had never experienced before so it took me a few moments to come up with a solidified answer. Other than that, technicals were not too prevalent, the interview more so lent itself to fit.
