Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Made initial application which included series of competency type questions alongside the more traditional CV and cover letter. Received an email from the firm confirming they had received my application and would review it and get back to me. After 2 weeks, I was invited to sit online tests, both numerical and logical. After sitting these, my test scores were reviewed and about 3 weeks later I was asked to sign up for a telephone interview slot. The interviewer was very friendly and asked a series of competency based questions, looking for examples of times I had demonstrated certain key skills. I was also asked about my motivation for applying to the firm and the particular business area. I passed the interview but pulled out of the process after this stage (prior to the final assessment centre) because I received an offer from another firm.
