Interview
I was referred by a family friend and received an email about a phone screening. After the phone screening, I received a phone interview. After the phone interview, I heard back two days later and received an offer.
Interview Questions
Interview began with "tell me about yourself"
Most questions were Star questions. Some examples were:
Tell me about a time where you took lead on a team/project.
Tell me about a time where you resolved a conflict.
Tell me about a time where you learned something new.

Then the interview transitioned to fit questions:
Tell us two things you know about Toyota.
Why do you want to work at Toyota?

The interview finished with me asking the interview questions about their roles and jobs at Toyota.

Overall, the interview was fairly basic with nothing super challenging.
