Contacted via Headhunter for off-cycle recruiting period. Interview consisted of initial 2-3 talks w/ Juniors, Case study and a Partner round. First round was a lot about deal experience, rational. Case study was the easy element (90min), and is easy to prepare as past exams are available online. Partner round was about to check why 6th Street and not other shops such as BX

First-round completely technical. Had questions about M&A accretion dilution and bond yields. The second round was a grill of your resume. When talking about a deal you worked on they asked for a debt and equity thesis. Dug pretty deep.
