A recruiter from Tradebot contacted my University's math department who then in turn contacted high achieving math students (including myself). After sending in my resume I got a call from Tradebot the very next day. We then set up a one-on-one interview with Dave Cummings (the founder of the company).

If you receive a thumbs up from Dave, you then set up additional interviews with Dave, the C-level employees, the heads of each division, and a group of employees from the department you're interviewing for. This set of interviews is designed to test fit, aptitude, and motivation.

Since Tradebot is relatively small, they are extremely picky about their new hires and thus you must get a unanimous thumbs up from everybody you interview with. My best advice would be to convey motivation to work hard and excitement about markets.
