Junior Trader

I applied for the Junior Trader position through the website and received a reply from HR within a week. I had a first round interview with one of their traders. Most of the questions were related to options pricing and hedging as well as the typical card counting/dice/general probability questions. There was a long series of questions on conditional probability of dice, where each time I got one right the next question would be a more complex version of the previous one. The person interviewing me seemed very interested in finding out about me, my background and my general motivations for applying. Overall I got a really good vibe from the whole process.
