Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One phone call that was very brief (only 20 minutes) to mainly get to know you, walk you through your resume and also learn about any coding projects that you have done in the past. If you get past this you then have an 8 hour coding test which is 8 questions including a part where you submit your own code. The test can be taken in C#, Java, or C++.
