Trader Intern

I applied online through HR and to my surprise, received a reply a few months later. I was scheduled for a phone interview with one of their traders. He started off with the generic resume questions and then entered directly into technical questions/brain teasers. The questions comprised of typical trader questions: fast multiplication in your head, coin probability, etc. I got dinged after the first round but it's a start I suppose.
