Trading Intern

I initially applied online after the firm was present on my school's website (job hub with OCR offers). I had two interviews, one with an entry-level employee at the firm and one with a partner. I did not pass the second round. The interview questions consisted mainly of brainteasers and some finance-related pricing and conceptual questions (this is significantly different from interviews at other firms, where usually only brainteasers/algorithm or coding questions are given and they do not expect you to have a background in finance). If you have done work with options and/or other securities (especially derivatives) before, know your stuff if it's on your resume as they will target that.
