After I applied through the company website, it takes a few days that HR person contact me directly. There is only one round phone interview for the AALDP
Interview Questions
I was asked lots of questions. The last part is Critical thinking question. For example, they would like you typical questions such as "How many pizzas in the New York City?", "How do think think blablabla..."
And also have many pics problems.


Programming part is also tough, but you could choose the language you are familiar with. They would let you to rate your skills and then ask your questions about the programming language you choose. For example, "could you give some examples to deal with XXX situation?"


In general, behavioral questions are very normal.

Asked in depth Accounting questions. Asked about each line of the balance sheet, the income statement, the statement of cashflows and the statement of retained earnings. Make sure you know about Travelers, their history, why you want to work for them, your interest in the 3 year rotational program, and what specifically you're looking to do in the rotational program.
