Interview Questions
The case is very difficult, as all the two are about growth strategies which are different than typical management consulting.
The first case is about a oil painting case which involved first the market sizing of the total building wall areas within the country, and then dive into the product/marketing/sales strategies target towards different segments of the customer.
The second case is about the wall board company where a more energy saving production process is introduced and the goal is to evaluate whether market is willing to pay high premium
