Interview
Went into interview, met with hiring manager first who broke down the position. Then met with a person currently in the position. It was an organic growth role so not replacing him. Overall good expereince, just was not the right fit.
Interview Questions
Know CMBS industry and how it works very well, I did some prep but they expect you to know a substantial amount. Reading a wiki is not going to cut it.
If you could change one website to make it better, what would it be and how would you improve it. Be prepared to answer this question because it is a sell-side data role. They provide a service and part of that is improving upon what they already have.
