Interview
It was a very simple 30 minute interview. First 15 min were standard fit questions while the remaining was a market sizing mini case.
Interview Questions
The fit questions were pretty straight forward. I would say that the mini-case was maybe a little difficult the interviewer was very nice and walked through a lot of the case. I was asked to evaluate the viability of a new drug and talk about some of the important factors such as pricing and market size. I was also asked to compare the new drug to drugs already on the market and explain how this drug's entry into the market would affect the particular ones already out there. Overall though, I did not think it was too bad.

Presentation
Interview
The interview consisted of two phone interviews with behavioral questions and a market sizing case. I was then invited for an in-office interview where I was given a market sizing and pricing case. I was given 1.5 hrs to work on the case and put together a short presentation that I gave to the partners. I also met with two engagement managers where I was mostly asked behavioral/fit questions.
Interview Questions
Within the case and the 1-1 with the partners, there was a significant emphasis on how insurance carriers influence pricing of a drug and revenue projections. There were a handful of questions related to this and it significantly influences how the case was solved. I was also asked for a writing sample in which I was asked to write an email correspondence summarizing the conclusions from the case. This was not difficult, but it was unexpected. I thought it was a good exercise to test writing and client interaction.
