First you received a phone interview and they an on site interview. There are group presentation, technical and behavior questions included. After the internship, once you received a full time offer, you need to have personality and IQ Test. The test are long but not very hard. it takes like 3 hours. the intern interview can takes 2 to 3 hours.

incoterms and their meanings and application in detail. such as fob, cfr, exw, fca, cpt, cip ,dat, dap, ddp ,fas, cif, daf, des, deq, ddu. You need to know each of them in detail.
arbitrage model between physical commodity market and future/derivatives market. I didn't give a very quantitative solution. just a qualitative explanation. But the more quantitative the better.
