What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Met with HR manager in person because they do not come to my school for OCR. Recruiter was interested in general market knowledge and knowledge specifically related to prop trading. After passing the first round was invited to a 2nd round to sit with a senior trader. Senior trader was very curious about general knowledge of trading and the qualities that make a good trader. Talked about personal experience related to risk management and where I had thrived previously in a meritocratic environment.
